Campaign
The campaign was to generate leads for their project “Temple Trees” in Keelkatalai, Chennai. We devised “Book a Site Visit” Campaign to generate leads for the Project Temple Trees.
Strategy
We started with building a brand funnel for the campaign. We created a video ad with various images of the project, its facilities, the inside pictures of the flat showcased it to the Facebook audience. The Audience were first time home buyers, NRI’s of Tamilnadu, and people who are interested in Real Estate Investment.
Tactics
We created an Ad with exciting Offer, which said that the spot booking will avail Gold coin gifts. The content told the story of pain, gain and the benefits which the audience will derive. We showcased the pictures of flat they will be buying in the ads.
The Results
